    I thought the meetup was a success! We were all able to relate & share stories & experiences, and there was a lot of laughter. I left with a good feeling and made some new friends, looking forward to seeing everyone at the next meetup.

    It was nice to talk to people who understand. It was also great to catch up on latest developments in the org. The best part is the variety of people who come to this meetup. It is so comfortable and easy to talk to everyone. It was awesome and I hope to go to more events!

    Hey there! Those of you who couldnt make it tonight: we missed you! I know it is difficult to show up by yourself at a new/unknown kind of gathering. We all feel uncomfortable that first time. But I have to tell you; we are a comfortable, down to earth, accept you as you are, bunch of people! I do hope you'll try us again, next time around.

    • “ A very comfortable meetup afterall as the evening cooled down. It was wonderful meeting Esther and Tanya also. Again, a fun, special evening talking and hearing about our being raised as Jehovah's Witness and how thankful we are out of that cult enjoying happiness and inner peace, and a sense of 'real' life. ”
    • “ Another happy occurrance! Nice turn out, considering the hot weather. Two of our newest members attended. It was great getting to know them. Not only did we hear some of their JW history but discovered some interests that several of us share. Sooo, we'll be planning some other activities outside of our 3rd Thursday Meetups! ”
